Our Collision Repair Process

Step 1  Evaluate & Estimate

If your vehicle has been in an accident, we can evaluate the damage, provide you with a repair estimate, answer your questions, and schedule your repairs.

Step 2  Get Insurance Approval

If you are going through insurance, let our expert staff guide you through the claims process. We are networked and digitally linked to all insurance companies.

Step 3  Disassemble & Order Parts

Upon receiving approval from you or your insurance company, we order parts and begin replacing them as soon as they arrive.

Step 4  Structure & Body Repair

Aside from ordering parts, as soon as we have approval, we immediately begin structural repair and bodywork. When possible, mechanical work is completed during this time also.

Step 5  Paint & Reassemble

After finishing structural repair & bodywork, your vehicle is sent to our paint department where only the best materials are used.

Step 6  Inspect, Clean & Deliver

The final steps are reassembly, buffing paintwork, scanning computer systems, calibrating all safety features, a thorough inspection, cleaning the vehicle inside and out, and delivery.

our Services

We have been providing the highest quality repairs in Oklahoma City for nearly 50 years. We know that being involved in an accident can be a stressful and unpleasant experience, which is why we provide exceptional customer service when restoring your vehicle.

Our goal is to offer more than just physical repairs. We guide you through towing, getting a car rental, and most importantly, we help you through the insurance process, to ensure you are fairly compensated for your damaged vehicle.

We try our best to repair your car as quickly as possible, but sometimes delays may occur due to parts and labor shortages.

We use Joe's body shop for our dealership and he and his team do excellent work. They get everything to me in a timely manner and he communicates with me on what he's doing. Great shop and great prices, highly recommend Joe and his team.

Do You Have Questions?

Do you have questions? - S&S Paint and Body

Do I have to go where my insurance sends me?

Insurance companies cannot tell you where to take your vehicle for repairs. You can file a complaint with the Insurance Commissioner's office if you feel you were forced to go to a specific shop.

  Do I need multiple estimates?

No. You do not need to get multiple estimates. Your insurance company only needs to know where the repairs will be done. They will work with the shop of your choice.

How difficult is it to match my paint color??

Our team of highly skilled paint professionals uses state-of-the-art equipment to ensure colors are matched to the manufacturer's standards. The right process can match even faded colors.

  What is an OEM Part?

OEM refers to the "Original Equipment Manufacturer". OEM parts are new and made by the same manufacturer as your vehicle.
