No. If you don't have time to schedule an estimate, we understand. Drop by and one of us will be happy to help. Please contact us if you would prefer to schedule an appointment.
If you have made a claim through insurance, please submit the claim information to us so that a file can be created for repairs. If you have not yet had your vehicle inspected. Contact your insurance company and have it checked before dropping it off. It will speed up the process.
We work on all years, makes, and models.
Repair timelines are affected by a number of factors. Among these are the extent of damage, insurance estimates, supplements, locating parts, and determining labor times. Repairs differ for each vehicle. Some take three days, others take three weeks.
Yes! It will drive, feel, and look the same as it did before the damage occurred.
Insurance
We work with all the major insurance companies.
If you have dropped off your vehicle. You will be required to sign an authorization form that allows us to deal directly with your insurance company.
Insurance companies cannot tell you where to take your vehicle for repairs. You can file a complaint with the Insurance Commissioner's office if you feel you were forced to go to a specific shop.
Not at all. Most body shops offer competitive rates for repairs.
No. You do not need to get multiple estimates. Your insurance company only needs to know where the repairs will be done. They will work with the shop of your choice.
To obtain approval from the insurance company on an estimate, we need to keep the vehicle in the same condition it arrived at our facility. After the estimate has been approved, our technicians disassemble the vehicle. It is very likely that we will find additional damage to parts that were not visible during the initial estimate. Before we proceed, we will have to schedule another estimate review with the insurance company. This process may need to be repeated several times, depending on the depth of the damage.
Definitely. However, we may need your assistance in encouraging your insurance company to make the final payment in a timely manner. Payment is not required upfront. Your payment or that of your insurance company is due when you pick up your vehicle.
You can sign the check over to the shop at the time of drop-off or at the end of repairs if your vehicle is in for repairs.
We accept payments from insurance companies, individuals, and businesses. You can pay by cash, check, money order, or bank wire transfer.
Rental Car
You can confirm this with your insurance provider or agent. We can still set up a reservation for you even if you aren't sure whether you have rental coverage. You can always decline the rental if you do not have rental coverage or would prefer not to rent a car.
As long as the responsible party has accepted liability and you are not at fault for the accident, they are required to provide you with reasonable transportation while your car is being repaired. If you are using your own insurance, you will have to confirm that your policy covers rental cars in order to qualify for a rental car.
Our shop maintains relationships with many rental car companies and can assist you in renting a vehicle while your primary vehicle is being serviced. You can also request to be picked up and dropped off at the rental car facility upon request.
Rental coverage is not required on your insurance policy to rent a car while yours is being repaired. Please let us know if you do not have rental reimbursement through your insurance provider for a competitive rate with the rental car company.
Rentals can be left at our shop. The rental company will pick up the vehicle.
Collision Repair
Yes. We will restore your vehicle as per industry and manufacturer specifications.
OEM refers to the "Original Equipment Manufacturer". OEM parts are new and made by the same manufacturer as your vehicle.
Since we have access to parts nationwide, this doesn't happen very often. Back orders may be caused by availability or production issues. If the part is obsolete or delayed, we will source it from other retailers. In the case that we are unable to source the part or if it is a rare item, we can place an order with the Original Equipment Manufacturer to restart production.
You will need to review your insurance policy. A number of companies stipulate that such parts may be used.
Sure! As part of our Unrelated Damage Repair service, we repair the entire vehicle at one price. Whether the scratch or ding was caused by an accident or not, we'll fix it.
Our team of highly skilled paint professionals uses state-of-the-art equipment to ensure colors are matched to the manufacturer's standards. The right process can match even faded colors.
Hand washing is fine anytime after painting. Wash your vehicle in the shade, not in the sun. Use a chamois or soft cloth to dry. Wait at least 30 days before washing your vehicle at a commercial car wash.
Hail Damage Repair
Liability-only auto insurance does not cover hail damage repair. Liability insurance only covers damage you cause to other properties, vehicles, or people. For auto hail repair, you will need collision, comprehensive, or full coverage insurance. If you're not sure what your insurance will cover, give us a call and we'll be able to tell you.
With the use of special tools, we can repair hail dings and dents, restoring the surfaces back to their original positions while preserving the factory paint. We then relieve the pressure in all the damaged areas. Original paint is maintained throughout the restoration process, and body panels are treated with special care.
It all depends on the severity of the damage. Allow two to five days. When you bring in your vehicle for an estimate, we'll be able to give you a more accurate time frame.
Definitely. All of our services, including hail damage repair, come with a limited lifetime warranty.
No. When done correctly, Paintless Dent Repair is a permanent solution that will last the lifetime of your vehicle. Dents will not reappear. Guaranteed.
Frame Alignment
There are several ways in which the metal frame can be damaged. A collision can bend or crack it. Each of these factors can adversely affect the vehicle's handling after an accident. A bent or cracked frame also runs the risk of snapping in two, which is extremely dangerous.
According to recent studies, frames are damaged in nearly half of all traffic accidents on US roads. Low-speed impacts won't likely cause a frameshift, but moderate speeds can be enough to do some damage.
The vehicle will not be able to travel straight down the road if the frame is bent. If the vehicle is not repaired by expert collision technicians, these control problems will likely cause another accident.
A special computer-assisted machine is used to straighten and repair frames by pulling and ramming them with upwards of 20,000 pounds of hydraulic force. Using these machines, the frame can be restored to within 1 millimeter of its original dimensions.
In most cases, we can detect previous frame damage during a pre-purchase inspection. Alternatively, you can perform a detailed Vehicle Accident Report to uncover any documented accidents in the vehicle's history. You can check for the damage yourself, but keep in mind that serious damage may not be visible to the naked eye.
Bumper Replacement
The plastic inside the bumper may prevent serious damage from occurring in a light collision. However, a slight collision can still scrape your paint, crack your bumper, or leave a layer of the paint from another vehicle on your bumper. A more severe impact will cause the bumper to split open, dent, or crumple inward. A collision can also damage the tabs that attach your bumper to your vehicle. This causes one end of the bumper to sag or drag. If both tabs are broken, the bumper assembly may simply fall off.
When the damage to your bumper is minimal, you might be tempted to put off repairs. We understand your hesitation if you're tight on cash, but if you have damage to your bumper, you should have it repaired right away. The bottom line is that car bumper repair is important because it's a safety issue. The bumper on your car is designed to take most of the impact during a collision. If it is damaged, it cannot perform its function properly. A bumper is also equipped with various sensors, warning systems, lights, and more. If they're damaged, they won't function properly, putting you in danger when you're on the road.
If the bumper has large dents, cracks, holes, or broken tabs and fasteners, it must be replaced. If a vehicle is involved in a moderate to high-speed collision, the damage is usually too severe to be repaired. Repairing or leaving these damages unattended can cause further damage to your vehicle. The bumper will also need to be replaced if the tabs or fasteners holding it in place are broken. It's important to determine the severity of the bumper damage and choose the best solution for your vehicle. If you're not sure, either bring your vehicle to the shop or send us pictures of your damaged bumper and we will assess the damage.
The cost of a car bumper repair depends on several factors:
The best way to get an idea of how much bumper repair might cost is to let us look at it and assess the actual damage.

We guarantee our work for as long as you own the car. Our limited lifetime warranty is not transferable.

Our limited lifetime warranty does not cover maintenance services for these parts. Computer-connected parts are complex and can be affected by other sensors and computer settings that weren't part of your auto body repair. Once a repair is completed, if there is a code, we will analyze the failure and determine whether or not it is covered by your warranty.
In essence, insurance companies' warranties are just a means of holding their network of body shops accountable. Insurance companies require auto body shops to offer a lifetime warranty as one of the requirements for their networks.

I was rear ended and it had been 13 years since I had been in a car accident. Joe went above and beyond to help me through the process and what to expect. He was more helpful than their insurance company. He kept me informed and up to date on the repairs and how long it was going to take. The rear of my SUV looks better than new, thanks to S&S. I would recommend them to anyone wanting/needing work done on their vehicle. I will use them again!
